My Process
1.Fill out the form
Fill out my inquiry form with your wedding date, location, the package you are interested in and any other details or questions you would like to add. I will get back to you as soon as possible. If I have your date available, we can hop on a phone call and discuss sending out a contract and invoice for your deposit so we can get you locked into my schedule!
2.optional/complimentary engagement session
Once you are booked with me, we can schedule your engagement session. This is totally optional but it is a great way for us to meet face to face and get to know each other. We will dream ups a vision together - whether it's a theme, a mood board or a vibe that really captures your story. This also helps my clients feel comfortable and understand my process in preparation to your big day.
3.wedding day
I like to hop on a phone call or FaceTime about a month before your wedding day so we can go over your timeline and all the details. I will ask a series of questions so I feel best prepared.
On your wedding day, I will be there to capture it all. You won't have to worry about a thing.
4.Delivering photos
Within 72 hours after your wedding day, you will receive roughly 15-20 sneak peeks!
The rest of your gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. I really dedicate time and care to my wedding galleries. I want each photo to be perfect and truly reflect you love story.
FAQ
How many photos will we receive?
The number of photos in your wedding gallery varies each time, depending on the flow of the day. I stay ready and keep shooting as long as there’s meaningful moments—whether it’s speeches, dances, or special candid interactions. So, you’ll get as many as capture your day’s story, but it always depends on the details of your celebration.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel within 40 miles of the venue is included in my package. If the location is over 40 miles away, I will calculate an additional travel fee. If your wedding runs late and I’m more than an hour from home, I will add a lodging fee to ensure I have a safe place to stay. Also, if your wedding is out of state, I will calculate airfare for myself as well.
How far in advance should I book you?
I recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your date, especially since weekends fill up quickly. Once we have your date reserved, I’ll be fully dedicated to capturing your special day.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, I do require a 50% deposit to secure your date, and this is due upon booking. I also offer flexible payment plans, so we can discuss a schedule that works best for you if needed.
