I am Sophia Hygelund

I’m a full time mother of two little boys and a photographer in Central Oregon. When I’m not behind a camera, I’m usually chasing my boys around our farm or glued to my husband. I love art in every form but being behind my camera has been a favorite for the past 2 years. I love tea and chocolate more than most people. During the (tiny) bit of free time I have, you’ll usually find me reading fantasy books or dancing with my husband.

I'm easygoing, and I believe that the best images come when we embrace realness - vivid color, honest emotion, and a sense of wonder. I want to capture your story as it is - authentic and beautiful.
